PMG COO is named Women of Influence “Circle of Excellence” designee

A company draws strength from its people. And while Pavone Marketing Group (PMG) is lucky to have more than 100 strong people in its ranks, one of the strongest and most influential is Amy Beamer Murray.

It’s no surprise, then, that our chief operating officer was honored last night as a “Circle of Excellence” designee at the Central Penn Business Journal’s annual Women of Influence gala.

In the words of PMG president and founder Michael Pavone, “Amy gives so much of herself not only to Pavone Marketing Group, but also to the community around her. That level of selfless giving is rare and truly inspiring. So proud!”

Of course, no one knows the power of Amy’s influence better than her husband, Paul.

“Quite simply, Amy is the strongest, most compassionate person I know. She is indefatigably loyal,” said Paul. “On average, she sends well over 300 cards a month, all hand-written, to employees, to friends, and even to me, her husband. Few of us deserve this attention and even fewer reciprocate. But Amy considers this to be a ministry.”

During her time with Pavone Marketing Group, Amy has consistently given back to the Central PA community through a variety of volunteer commitments. Amy does the same thing for the 100+ employees of PMG. Her response to the challenges we face as an agency is a signal and guidepost for the rest of the team, not just in how to be a professional but also an inspirational lesson in resilience — and influence.
